Reagan Elizabeth Fredritz was the first baby to ring in the New Year at Mercy Tiffin Hospital. Reagan was born at 5:29 p.m. Wednesday; she weighed 8 pounds, 9.6 ounces and was 20 inches long. As the year's first baby, Reagan and her parents, Matt and Megan Fredritz of Carey, were the recipients of a teddy bear from the Mercy Tiffin gift shop and a child's Amish hand-crafted oak rocker.
