Lucas A. Reinhard

Lucas A. Reinhard, 25, of New Riegel, passed away Thursday morning, Dec. 27, 2012, at his home.

He was born March 9, 1987, in Tiffin, to Timothy C. and Diana D. (Gillig) Reinhard, and they survive in New Riegel.

Also surviving are four sisters, Kimberly S. (Patrick) Jones of Fostoria, Janet T. (Louis) Kramer of Mechanicsburg, Denise M. (Jeremy) Ritter of Carey and Leslie A. (Kevin) Metzger of New Riegel; a brother, Scott C. (Victoria) Reinhard of Pheonix, Ariz.; five nieces; and five nephews.

Lucas was a member of All Saints Parish and had attended New Riegel Schools. He was an avid sports fan, especially football, and the Green Bay Packers. He attended, with his family, the 1998 Super Bowl between the Packers and Broncos through Make-A-Wish. He enjoyed his pet cats, "Oden" and "Artimus," along with watching movies, PlayStation, computing and Lego projects. He also will be remembered as a Fantasy Football legend and great "Jeopardy" enthusiast.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012, at Hoening Funeral Home, 242 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, where a Christian wake service will be at 8 p.m.

Visitation also will take place at the church 10-11 a.m. Monday.

His Mass of Christian burial is 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, at All Saints Catholic Church, New Riegel, with Father Tim Kummerer presiding. Burial will follow the Mass at St. Boniface Cemetery, New Riegel.

Memorials are suggested to Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio or to All Saints Parish.
