A woman who allegedly stabbed a man with scissors was charged with a second-degree felony and was taken to Seneca County Jail Friday.
Stephanie A. Apidone, 49, of Tiffin, was charged with felonious assault early Friday morning, according to Tiffin Police Department.
A person had reported an assault in the first block of West Market Street at 3:17 a.m. Friday.
According to the department, a man was bleeding profusely from his left arm, near his shoulder. He was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital by Tiffin EMS and was treated and released.
