Tiffin reports

Police responded Friday to a single vehicle injury accident on First Avenue. Gary D. Krupp and Stewart A. Bowersox were in the vehicle.

Jamie J, Zoeller, 31, of Tiffin was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper left turn.

Heather M. Harris, 28, of Tiffin was charged with disorderly conduct.

Anthony M. Ferstler, 55, of Tiffin was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Fostoria reports

An alarm company called Friday afternoon to report a residential burglary alarm going off at the 900-block of North Union Street.

A person reported early Saturday morning an underage party with alcohol and narcotics at the 500-block of Maple Street.

A woman on the 200-block of West Lytle Street reported Saturday afternoon a rock had been thrown at the driver's side passenger window of her minivan and it broke.

An alarm was activated at AMVETS Post 69, 155 E. Tiffin St. The key holder was contacted and the building was secured.

County reports

A man on the 5000-block of West US 224 reported Saturday morning someone broke into his shed over night.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters provided rescue operations Friday evening for a multi-vehicle injury accident on East Jones Road.

Firefighters were called to the 300-block of West North Street for an odor investigation Friday evening.

Firefighters were called to the 1200-block of Johnson Drive for a carbon monoxide investigation Saturday morning.

Musgrave, Arlington, pleaded no contest to underage drinking, 30 days jail, 16 days suspended, 14 days credit, one-year community control, counseling Century Health, no alcoholic beverage or medication containing alcohol, prohibited from entering establishment serving alcohol, bond posted, $454.

Rudy Levario III, 214 E. South St., preliminary waiver on domestic violence, bond continued, bound over to Seneca County Common Pleas Court, no contact with victims.

Lamont A. Boff, 916 S. Main St., pleaded no contest to operating vehicle impaired, 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, six-month license suspension, one-year community control, complete alcohol school, restricted plates, $558.

Jacob C. Luzadder, 12400 W. Axline St., Lot 304, pleaded no contest to failure to yield right of way, $172.

Michael C. Alexander, 337 S. Union St., pleaded no contest to driving under Financial Responsibility Act suspension, $749; pleaded no contest to no operator's license, $68.

Fidel Zamora, 636 Columbus Ave., pleaded no contest to obstruction of official business, 90 days jail, 37 days suspended, 53 days credit, two years community control, $326; pleaded no contest to resisting arrest, 90 days jail, 37 days suspended, 53 days credit, being held on bond, $189.
