A Tiffin man was found not guilty of a sex-related charge after a two-day jury trial concluded Thursday in Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley's courtroom.
Don A. Lands, 50, had been indicted on a charge of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, in February for allegedly having sexual contact with a child younger than 13.
According to court documents, Lands was discharged from custody and the case was dismissed.
