Scott W. Chandler, 24, of Monroeville, was charged with speed-excess limits and operating a vehicle while intoxicated Sunday after an incident Saturday.

A person in the first block of Hedges Street reported Saturday night a car had been broken into.

A person reported Sunday morning a window had been broken at Java Rave, 45 S. Sandusky St.

A 100-block Main Street man reported Sunday morning a bush had been pulled out of his front yard.

A person reported Sunday morning someone drove through a boulevard in the 300 block of North Sandusky Street and damaged it.

A man reported Sunday morning items were missing from a house in the 300 block of Water Street.

County reports

A 10000-block West CR 60 resident requested a deputy Saturday morning for a breaking and entering.

Law enforcement investigated a theft report Saturday afternoon.

A person reported Saturday afternoon law enforcement was needed for two men fighting on the ground.

Fostoria reports

A person from Circle K, 1245 N. Countyline St., reported Saturday evening someone drove off without paying for $50 in gasoline.

A woman in the 1000 block of Perrysburg Road reported Saturday evening she had been assaulted.

A person in the 100 block of West Eagle Street reported Saturday night someone went through his car. Change was taken.

A 300-block North Countyline Street woman reported Saturday night her daughter's medication had been stolen.

Aaron K. Stahl, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with burglary and resisting arrest early Sunday morning.

A 100-block East Lytle Street woman reported Sunday afternoon more than $200 had been stolen from her purse.

An 800-block Leonard Street resident reported Sunday evening neighbors were yelling and screaming. Everything was OK, and they were arguing over a lost lizard.

Tiffin accidents

A citation of failure to yield from an alley or private drive was issued after a non-injury accident in the 600 block of West Market Street Saturday afternoon.

An accident was reported in the first block of Glenview Terrace Saturday night.

A stop sign violation citation was issued after an accident at Clay and Franklin streets Saturday night.

Fostoria accidents

James R. Berry, 29, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to control after an accident in the 500 block of Columbus Avenue Dec. 2.

Tamara K. Hoerig, 47, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at North Main and West High streets early Tuesday morning.

Richard A. Cavey, 24, of Fostoria, was cited with backing without due regard after an accident in the 200 block of South Main Street Nov. 27.

A car vs. pole accident was reported at West South and South Wood streets Sunday afternoon.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to open burning at 118 Hissong Ave. Friday afternoon. The owner put out the fire and was advised of open burning laws.

Firefighters were called to smoke at 400 N. Main St., Apt. 112, Saturday night. A resident had left some grease unattended on the stove. It overheated and caught fire. The resident put out the fire, but not before it filled the apartment with smoke. Firefighters vented the smoke from the building. There was minor loss due to smoke damage.

Firefighters were called to assist a medic unit with entry into a building early Sunday morning.

County fire

Clinton firefighters were called to an alarm on TR 201 Saturday night.
