Horse-drawn wagon rides were offered Saturday during the "Light up Fostoria" celebration. Shoppers could get a packet of coupons for local businesses, and vendors were set up at the chamber of commerce. Bus tours of the decorating contest sites are being given again 5-7:30 p.m. tonight, departing from the depot, 128 W. North St.
