Kari Smith and Charles Brandon Keiffer were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, 2012, at All Saints Parish, New Riegel. The Rev. Tim Kummerer was officiant during the double-ring ceremony. A reception followed at New Riegel American Legion.
Kari is the daughter of Ronald Smith and Janice Smith, both of New Riegel.
Charles is the son of Larry and Becky Dyer of Fostoria.

Kari, given in marriage by her father, wore a white, one-shoulder gown with a Realtree camouflage sash at the waist. She carried a bouquet of fall wildflowers.
Sarah Smith of Columbus was her sister's maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Stephanie LeBay of Fostoria, sister of the groom; Brittany Armbruster of Tiffin, friend of the bride; and Heidi Smith and Trisha Smith, both of New Riegel and cousins of the bride. They wore floor-length, burnt orange dresses and carried bouquets of wildflowers.
Michael Durbin of Fostoria was his friend's best man. Groomsmen were Steve Miller of Fostoria, friend of the groom; Andy Smith and Cory Smith, both of New Riegel and brothers of the bride; and Brennen Keiffer of Fostoria, son of the groom.
Alexis Miller of Fostoria, goddaughter of the couple, was the flower girl. Brayden Keiffer of Fostoria, son of the groom, was ring bearer.
Kari is a 2007 graduate of New Riegel High School and works as a certified pharmacy technician at The Medicine Shoppe.
Charles, a 1998 graduate of Fostoria High School, is a general contractor at Dyer's Home Improvement.
The bridesmaids and flower girl hosted a general shower July 21, 2012.
The rehearsal dinner was at the couple's home.
Following a bear-hunt honeymoon in Maine, the newlyweds reside at 1418 S. TR 37, Fostoria.
