Joshua L. Heyman, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Friday morning.
A vehicle in the first block of Sycamore Wood Lane was reported broken into Friday morning.
A woman went to the station Friday morning to report her child's father punched her vehicle in a parking lot in the 2000 block of West SR 18.

Russell M. Smetzler, 52, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.
James R. Caskey, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.
A 5000-block North TR 63 man reported Thursday evening people were removing items from his residence without permission.
A man from L&L Pavement, 6705 TR 106, reported early Friday morning one of his vehicles was stolen and involved in a hit-skip accident in Huron County. The Norwalk Post of the State Highway Patrol advised the sheriff's office the person who drove the vehicle fled on foot into a wooded area after the accident. The vehicle was to be towed.
A 16000-block East TR 178 man reported Friday morning items were stolen from three vehicles parked in his garage.

A 500-block Columbus Avenue woman reported Thursday evening the father of her daughter assaulted her.
Ray V. Scott III, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Friday.
A girl was arrested Friday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave.
