Seneca County Auditor Julie Adkins is a recipient of the "Distinguished County Auditor" award, presented by the County Auditors' Association of Ohio.
The award recognizes county auditors who have completed 100 or more hours of continuing education during a term of office.
Adkins received the award from CAAO President Bill Farrell, Sandusky County auditor, during the CAAO Winter Conference in November.
In recognizing the achievement, the CAAO said it is an accomplishment for an auditor to have more than 100 hours.
