A daughter, Lucille Ann Miller, was born Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, to Lauren and Todd Miller of Cygnet. Lucille weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces, and measured 20 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Larry and Cathi Kelbley of Bascom. Paternal grandparents are Anita Miller of Custar and the late Ronald Miller. Maternal great-grandparents are Arthur and Mary Welly of Tiffin and Vonetta Kelbley of Fostoria.
