This fall semester, several Tiffin Univeristy students have been involved in V.O.I.C.E. (Voicing Our Insight Creating Empowerment) and accepted the challenge to wear one dress for a particular duration of time. These women have been working to raise awareness of human trafficking, particularly in Ohio, as Toledo is a hotbed for human trafficking.
Friday, members of V.O.I.C.E. are to be presenting the second annual One Dress Fashion Show at 7 p.m. at the Red Raven Art Gallery, 126 S. Washington St.
There will be live music, raffle baskets and desserts.
The members of V.O.I.C.E. are to accept donations until Friday. Proceeds go to The Daughter Project located outside of Toledo which houses young female victims rescued from human trafficking.
