Charles B. ‘Corky’ Keister

Charles B. "Corky" Keister, 82, of Tiffin, died at 5:10 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 22, 2012, at Elmwood at the Springs, Green Springs.

Corky married Edna Mae Runion in Virginia Dec. 15, 1962, and she preceded him in death Jan. 26, 2007.

Corky is survived by two stepchildren, Margaret Fry of Willard and Wilmer (Lorna) Clem of Tiffin; a brother, Ward Keister; a sister, Ann; 12 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Corky worked as a meat cutter and later retired from Dayton Marine Co., Fremont. He was a member of Bellevue Revival Center Church.

Corky was preceded in death by his parents; wife; a stepson, Herman Clem; and two brothers, Sam and Harry Keister.

Corky's funeral will be 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home and Crematory, Tiffin. Visitation for family and friends will be 9-11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the service Monday at Fairmont Cemetery.
