Tiffin reports

Bethany M. Aiello, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Monday.

A man went to the station Monday afternoon to report someone may be living in the hallway above Sports Cut Barber Shop, 130 S. Washington St. He took two bags of items found in the hallway to the station.

A woman reported Monday afternoon locks had been changed on her residence in the first block of Franklin Street. She reported items missing.

A first-block Sycamore Street woman reported early Tuesday morning a man broke into a bedroom window. When he was confronted, he said his name was Josh and jumped off of the second-story porch roof. A spokeswoman from the Tiffin Police Department said the woman knew the man.

County reports

Donnie L. Jackson, 51, of Tiffin, was charged with open container Monday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes.

A man went to the station Monday afternoon to report narcotics had been stolen from his residence in the 3000 block of South TR 113.

A caller from CROSSWAEH, 3055 S. SR 100, reported Tuesday afternoon unlabeled pills and a green leafy substance was found. They requested a deputy pick up the items.

Fostoria reports

Kelly J. Vance, 47, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Saturday night.

A man reported Monday night his sons were approached by a man who wanted them to sniff perfume samples.

A person went to the station Tuesday afternoon to speak to an officer about identity theft.

State Patrol

Daniel J. Bohn, 48, of Findlay, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control Thursday night.

Fostoria accident

A caller reported Monday evening a man was hit by a vehicle in the 200 block of Perry Street. The vehicle and the man left the scene. Police were unable to locate the man or the vehicle.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 200 Charlotte St. Monday evening for an outdoor rubbish fire.

Firefighters were called to 171 Jackson St. Monday night for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

Firefighters were called to 187 Jackson St. Monday night for an unintentional smoke detector activation.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to 300 Court Place Monday evening for an automatic alarm.

Firefighters were called to 25 Christopher Drive Tuesday afternoon for an automatic alarm.

County fire

Attica-Venice-Reed firefighters were called to East Tiffin Street Tuesday afternoon for an electrical fire.
