A 100-block Schonhardt Street woman reported early Friday morning a child who was sleeping on a couch in the residence saw a man banging on and looking into a window. Police checked the area for the man.

A man reported Thursday night a vehicle clipped him while he was walking on West SR 18, just east of Fostoria. The man denied needing a squad, but he was transported to Fostoria Community Hospital.

Susan M. Lareau, 63, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to obey a traffic control device following an accident Wednesday night at South Washington and East Perry streets.
Brian P. Michener, 37, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control following an accident Wednesday night at South Shaffer Park Drive and US 224.
