The city of Tiffin Board of Control met Wednesday morning to accept a bid for the Eagle Rock Business Park farming lease.
The multi-year contract was awarded to Andrea Walter for $250 a year per acre. The property is 67.5 acres.
This is the first time the city has bidded out the property.
