A 28-year-old man from Tiffin is facing charges of rape and gross sexual imposition for allegedly raping and having sexual contact with a juvenile under the age of 10.
Kenneth A. Myers III was served a three-count indictment charging him with rape, a first-degree felony, and two counts of gross sexual imposition, a third-degree felony, Monday, according to court documents.
He allegedly committed the offenses in January and/or February, his indictment states.

Myers appeared in court Tuesday where his bond was set at $1 million. An arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 15.
