At 6:30 p.m. today, there is to be a procession celebrating Calvert's and Columbian's football teams making the playoffs.
The route is to start on South Washington Street near St. Joseph's church, head south to East Perry Street, left onto Monroe Street and continue to the football stadium.
Residents are encouraged to line the streets downtown to cheer the teams on, and wish them luck in the playoffs Friday.
