Konnor Opp of Tiffin gets acquainted with a "tank" made by his dad, Brad Opp and his godfather, Brandon Terry. The cardboard vehicle fits over Konnor's wheelchair so he could collect Halloween treats dressed as a soldier. Early this year, Konnor received stem cell treatments for septo-optic dysplasia, a genetic disorder that affects brain development.
