Man allegedly flashing college girls

November 2, 2012
The Advertiser-Tribune

A man allegedly flashed two Heidelberg University students on campus

Thursday.

According to reports from the Tiffin Police Department, a security guard at Heidelberg University requested an officer Thursday morning in reference to a "flasher." The person was described as a white male wearing a thong, work boots, jeans and a Carhardt jacket.

Officer Steve Niedermier said a second incident involving a flasher was reported later in the afternoon on campus. He said police believe it is the same man, and it appeared he was not a student.

Niedermier said during both incidents, a female student was flashed.

Police do have a suspect, but the incidents remain under investigation, he said.
