Tiffin reports

Sean E. Mills, 25, of North Baltimore, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Saturday evening.

Justin D. Benson, 19, of Xenia, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, underage possession/consumption, possession of a dangerous drug and resisting arrest Saturday night.

A caller requested to speak to an officer Sunday night about damage to a parking lot in the 400 block of North Sandusky Street.

County reports

Robert E. Hoyer, 44, of Amsden, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.

Mikia A. Jackson, 18, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday.

Sandra E. Strawman, 44, of Fostoria, was charged with obstructing official business Sunday.

Renell R. Peacock, 29, of Toledo, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.

Courtney A. Fowler, 18, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of marijuana Friday.

Richard A. May, 49, of Fostoria, was charged with littering Friday.

A 600-block Northview Drive woman reported Sunday afternoon her vehicle had been stolen.

A 100-block Hale Drive woman reported Sunday afternoon she was assaulted. Police issued warnings for disorderly conduct, according to the report.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street woman reported Sunday evening she was assaulted by her ex-boyfriend.

Joshua P. Haynes, 25, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drugs and possession of marijuana Sunday.

A man reported Sunday night a woman stole $60 from his glove box while he was giving her a ride.

A 600-block South Wood Street caller reported Monday morning money was missing.

Martin T. Rickman, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with burglary Sunday.

A 1200-block Beier Drive woman reported Monday morning someone slashed her tires.

State Patrol

Harry P. Poe, 44, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead Thursday.

Louis F. Ochoa, 25, of Fostoria, was charged with obstructing official business Sunday.

A two-vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon on SR 12 and TR 65. A spokeswoman from the State Patrol said one person was transported to the hospital and they were expected to be released Monday.

County accident

A single-vehicle accident was reported Monday afternoon on South SR 53, just north of McCutchenville. No transports were made from the scene. Further details were unavailable.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to 9 Cherry St. Sunday night for an unauthorized burn.

Firefighters were called to 113 Apple St. Monday morning for steam, vapor, fog or dust thought to be smoke.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called to Reservoir 3 Monday afternoon for a report of smoke in the area. Firefighters found a resident had been burning scrap in a fireplace.

County fire

Bascom firefighters were called to CR 1 Monday morning for a fire alarm.

Kansas firefighters were called to West SR 12 and TR 65 Monday afternoon for an accident.
