FOSTORIA - Fostoria Community Arts Council will hold a Fall Children's Workshop at 10 a.m. Nov. 10 in the FCAC offices at 125 S. Main St. Instructor Cheryl Graves will teach children grades 1-5 the art of metal tooling. The workshop is free.
