BASCOM - Bascom Lions and Fire Chief Harry Miller have decided to reschedule trick or treat in Bascom, scheduled for Tuesday, to 5-6 p.m. Sunday due to high winds and storms headed to the area.
The city of Tiffin's administration also is considering changing trick or treat, which is scheduled for Tuesday. A final decision is to be made after an update from National Weather Service today.
