John M. Horton, 48, of Carey, was cited with failure to yield right-of-way and was transported by ambulance to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after an accident at US 224 and SR 67 Saturday evening.
A two-vehicle accident was reported at South SR 19 and TR 106 Sunday morning.
