Thomas and Maryanne Stover recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at Mon Ami, Port Clinton. A trip to Hawaii is planned for a later date.
The couple was married Oct. 28, 1972, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, with the Rev. James Peiffer officiating.
Thomas is the son of the late Carl and Shirley Stover. He is retired from Whirlpool Corp., Clyde.

Maryanne, the daughter of Luella Strausbaugh of Tiffin and the late Herman Strausbaugh, worked at General Electric, Tiffin.
They have two daughters, Autumn (Michael) McBroom of Lakewood and Valerie (Adam) Dudziak of Cleveland, and two grandsons.
