Zachary P. Dutro, 16, of Tiffin, was involved in an accident in the 2000 block of East CR 50 this morning. He first was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital and then was taken by Life Flight to another hospital, a Seneca County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman said. He was cited with failure to control.
