Rebecca ‘Becky’ (Wooddall) Weisenburger

Rebecca "Becky" (Wooddall) Weisenburger, of Mableton, Ga., passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2012. Becky graduated from South Cobb High School in 1969, was employed with Georgia Power Company for 42 years and attended Vinings Lake Church.

She is survived by her husband, Craig Weisenburger; two sons, Matthew L. Brown of Atlanta, Ga., and the Rev. Brian T. (Amanda) Brown of Dallas, Ga.; four grandchildren, Braiden, Brenden, Paisleigh and Pendlee; a brother, Robert "Larry" (Jill) Wooddall of Mableton; stepmother, Clara H. Wooddall of Austell, Ga.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Nancy and John Tschanen of Tiffin; three brothers-in-law, Tom Weisenburger of Tiffin, Steve (Janice) Tschanen of Bascom and George (Deb) Tschanen of Shelby; two uncles, Bill (Linda) Hon and Ronald Hon; six nieces, Robin Wooddall Flanagan, Julie Wooddall Norton, Melissa (Ken) Tschanen, Shi (Garrett) Tschanen, Lesa (Sam) Sayre and Suzanne (Alan) Wasserman; and three nephews, Matt Tschanen, Chris (Jane) Tschanen and Jack (Andrea) Weisenburger; two great-nieces, Rheanna Tschanen and Mataya Tschanen; and two great-nephews, Talon and Thein Sayre.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert Garrett Wooddall and Sarah Catherine Hendricks Wooddall; father-in-law, Richard J. Weisenburger; and sister-in-law, Karen Weisenburger Claar.

Her memorial service was 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Davis-Struempf Chapel, Georgia, with the Rev. Pete Hixon officiating.
