Tiffin Board of Control received bids for copier machines and for a farming lease at Eagle Rock Business Park.
The Eagle Rock farming lease received bids from Richard Walsh, Seneca Sun Farms LLC, Andrea and John Walter Jr. and Jeff Fox.
Mayor Aaron Montz said the city anticipates making an additional $11,812.50 a year from the Eagle Rock land, which is 67.5 acres. He said this is the first time the city sought bids for the land.
The board also recieved bids from Kyocera, MT Business Technologies, Perry Corporation and RS for the copier and fax machine contract.
In other business, the board approved two change orders for the Greenfield Street Project.
