Patsy Ann Thomas, 62, of Fostoria, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital.
She was born Oct. 27, 1949, in Fostoria, to James and Glendola (Miller) Couch.
She is survived by her son, Timothy Mundorff of Fostoria; sister, Linda Huff; five brothers, Wayne, Gary, Jimmy, Tom and Jerry Couch; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Joyce Ann Mundorff.
Her memorial service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, at Veteran's Memorial Chapel at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria, with the Rev. Sam Suman officiating. Burial will take place in Fountain Cemetery.
There is no visitation.
