Dennis and Pamela Kelbley will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary Nov. 6, 2012. They are having a family dinner to celebrate.
They are the parents of two daughters, Melissa and Jessica Kelbley, both of Dayton.
Pamela is the daughter of the late Charles and Dorothy Fowler. She is a registered nurse at Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
