Samantha Lynn Ritter and Peter James Crone announce their engagement.
Samantha is the daughter of Sandy and Fred Ritter of Tiffin. She is a 2009 graduate of Hopewell-Loudon High School and will graduate from Bluffton University in May 2013 with a bachelor of arts degree in social work.
Peter is the son of Beth and John Crone of Shreve. He is a 2009 graduate of Waynedale High School and will graduate from Bluffton University in May 2013 with a bachelor of arts degree in math eduacation.
