Kendra Lease and Kyle Shearer were united in marriage at 1:30 p.m. May 5, 2012, at St. Stephen Chapel, Attica, by the Rev. Ted Miller. A dinner reception followed in the banquet building at Attica Fairgrounds.
Kendra is the daughter of Ron and Bonnie Lease of Tiffin.
Kyle is the son of Rick Shearer of Clyde and Chris and Janie Smith of Tiffin.

Kendra, given in marriage by her father, wore a white, A-line gown with corset closure featuring an overlapping, ruched bodice that transitioned into a softly draped skirt. The fluted side drape revealed a gathered tulle inset panel with lace drifting toward the scalloped hemline. Embellished lace motifs also decorated the neckline, side skirt and knotted detail that introduced the sunburst pleated train. She had small, white flowers and feathers in her hair. She carried a cascading bouquet of ivy, pink star gazers, white roses and peacock feathers.
Keri Lease, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Jyl Clouse and Ricci Lease, cousins of bride, Heather Siebenaller, Mindy Davidson, Karin Mobley and Stacy McCormick, friends of the bride, Emily Shearer, sister of the groom, and Jordyn Lease, niece of the bride. They wore aqua strapless dresses and carried bouquets of pink star gazers, white roses and peacock feathers.
Ava Presler, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.
Keith Shearer, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Matt Pastorella, Shawn Wilson, Nick Lucius, Dave Harner, Brent Bruns and John Hernandez, friends of the groom, and Kurt Lease and Kraig Lease, brothers of the bride. They wore gray suits with aqua vests and ties.
Jett Loesser, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.
Kendra graduated from Tiffin University with a degree in criminal justice and is a juvenile probation officer for Seneca County.
Kyle is a trooper for Ohio State Highway Patrol and a member of the patrol's special response team.
The newlyweds honeymooned for a week at Secret's Excellence, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
They reside in Tiffin.
