A man and woman who led police on a vehicle pursuit that ended in a crash in downtown Tiffin last month face additional charges in Seneca County Common Pleas Court.

Robyn M. Lundy, 31, of Fostoria, was indicted last week on two counts of complicity to forgery and one count of complicity to receiving stolen property, and Brian A. Steward, 32, of Cygnet, was indicted on a charge of complicity to robbery, according to court documents.

Lundy and Steward, who were suspects from a gas station robbery in Fostoria, were arrested after Steward led police on a chase from IGA on East Market Street to the intersection of North Washington and East Perry streets where his vehicle crashed. Police had located the pair at IGA where Steward allegedly used stolen checks.

Lundy also has been charged with robbery and earlier charges filed against Steward include two counts of forgery, receiving stolen property and failure to comply with the order of a police officer.
