Richard L. ‘Dick’ Park

Richard L. "Dick" Park, 66, of Fostoria, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2012, at Fostoria Community Hospital.

He was born Oct. 19, 1945, in Fostoria, to Wilson and Lucy (Widman) Park.

Surviving are five siblings, Elizabeth (Richard) Zeyen of Fostoria, Mary Jane Redding of Toledo, William (Joan) Park of Parma, Robert (Dianne) Park of Fostoria and John "Jack" Park of Toledo; a sister-in-law, Carol Park of Aiken, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Carol Park; and brother, Jim Park.

Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at Hoening Funeral Home, 242 W. Tiffin St., Fostoria, where a Christian wake service will be at 6:45 p.m.

His Mass of Christian burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Wendelin Catholic Church, Fostoria, where a rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m. A funeral luncheon will follow at the parish hall.

Committal services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday afternoon at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fremont, where burial will follow.

Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Association, St. Wendelin School Educational Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
