The Seneca Regional Planning Commission met Wednesday night and voted to change the annual meeting in January to February.
Board member Barbara Dibble said the board meets on even months throughout the year. She said when the board meets in January for the annual meeting, there is no need for a February meeting.
She also said having the meeting in February would cause less concern for weather conditions than having the meeting in January.
In other news, the board approved the hiring of Brianne Schank as administrative assistant.
