BLOOMVILLE - The W.E. Bliss Foundation Research Library at Bliss Memorial Public Library now is open. The W.E. Bliss Foundation Research Library is available for genealogy or other local history research. It is open 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturdays by appointment.
