Jonathan R. Moses, 55, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield from a private drive or alley after an accident in the 300 block of Circular Street Friday afternoon.
Colleen R. Traxler, 21, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident in the 100 block of South Washington Street Friday afternoon.
Robert D. Robinson, 23, of Logan, was cited with failure to yield after a stop sign after an accident at Miami and Wall streets Friday afternoon. Courtney L. Price, 21, of Tiffin, was cited with no license/expired license.
