Local races matter, too
The first in a series of presidential debates drew attention this week, and it should have. But it's important to remember key races for local and state offices will be decided this fall.
Thus, North Central Ohio Conservatives earns a tip of the cap for hosting a forum for county commissioner candidates Thursday night. And the League of Women Voters of the Tiffin Area is the lead sponsor for a forum planned for 7-9 p.m. Oct. 24 at Tiffin Middle School.
We also commend voters who take time to learn about the candidates and issues on the Nov. 6 ballot.
