Two men arrested last weekend in connection to dozens of vehicle break-ins in Tiffin face additional charges.

Charges against Cyle J. Carter, 22, and James A. Stanforth, 23, both of Tiffin, were filed Thursday and Friday in Tiffin Municipal Court.

Carter was charged with seven counts of theft and one count of retaining property. Two additional charges were filed Friday, but details about the charges were not available. Stanforth was charged with seven counts of aiding and abetting, according to documents.

The pair was arrested last weekend along with Stanforth's wife, Ashley N. Stanforth, 27, as suspects in dozens of vehicle entries through Tiffin. A witness had followed them and directed police to their location. Numerous items of stolen property were located and they were arrested after admitting to taking it from vehicles throughout the city.

They were released on personal recognizance bonds Friday.
