A man who was arrested last month after leading police on a chase into downtown Tiffin had his case bound over to Seneca County Common Pleas Court last week.
Brian A. Steward, 32, of Cygnet, who was arrested after he caused an accident in downtown Tiffin Sept. 16, faces one count of failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a third-degree felony, and three counts of forgery, a fifth-degree felony, according to court documents.
Steward and Robyn M. Lundy, 31, of Fostoria, suspects from a Fostoria gas station robbery, had led police on a brief chase after they were spotted at IGA, 479 E. Market St.
Steward also had allegedly used stolen checks at IGA.
The pair was apprehended after their vehicle crashed at North Washington and East Perry streets.
