Sgt. Mark Marquis said Cyle J. Carter, 22, of Tiffin, and James A. Stanforth, 23, of Tiffin, were charged with obstructing official business, receiving stolen property and criminal tools. They are being held on bond in Seneca County Jail.
Stanforth's wife, Ashley N. Stanforth, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with obstructing official business and receiving stolen property and was released on summons, Marquis said.
They are suspected of being involved in dozens of vehicle entries throughout Tiffin, he said.
