Richard and Mildred Fruth celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at The Steer Barn, Upper Sandusky.
The couple was married Sept. 29, 1962, at United Brethren Church, Gibsonburg, by the Rev. E.H. Daubert.
Richard is the son of Carl and Alice Fruth. He is a farmer and driver for SCAT.

Mildred is the daugther of Lester and Hazel Leggitt, and she is a homemaker.
They are parents of four children, Cheri (Dave) Brown, Teresa (Terry) Gilbert, Chris Fruth and Patti (Joel) Brown. They also have seven grandchildren.
