Grace Madalyn Thomas was stillborn to Jacqueline (Factor) and Ben Thomas, Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, at Defiance Regional Medical Center.
She is survived by grandparents, Alicia Hill, Dennis Factor and Tom and Chris Thomas.
Services were private at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, New Bavaria, with burial following at the church cemetery.
Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
