A 100-block Hall Street woman reported early Thursday morning she believed someone was shining a flashlight into her window. Officers checked the area and were unable to locate anyone.
A 200-block Charlotte Street person reported Thursday morning a vehicle had been entered. Vehicles also had been reported entered in the first block of Sycamore Street, the first block of Third Street, the first block of Mohawk Street, the first block of Scheiber Street, the 400 block of North Sandusky and the 300 block of Hedges Street.
A first-block Main Street person reported the theft of a laptop Thursday morning.
A 700-block South Sandusky Street person reported Thursday morning someone had attempted to break into a back door.
A person went to the station Thursday morning to report a theft from a vehicle in the 100 block of Coe Street.
A cell phone was reported stolen Thursday morning in the 100 block of Miami Street.

A 300-block South Broadway Street man reported early Thursday morning he saw someone attempt to break into his neighbor's car. The man reported he chased two people but he lost them in an alleyway.

A gasoline drive-off was reported Wednesday evening at Marathon, 202 N. Countyline St.
A break-in was reported Thursday morning at Fostoria Country Club, 747 Independence Road.
A caller from Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave., reported Thursday morning an assault took place Wednesday.
A 600-block McDougal Street man reported Thursday afternoon an extension cord had been stolen.
