Michael D. Ball, 40, of Tiffin, was charged with retaining property and burglary Sunday.
A gasoline drive-off was reported Monday evening in the 200 block of North Washington Street.
A man reported Monday night his apartment in the 100 block of Miami Street had been broken into.
A 300-block North Washington Street woman reported early Tuesday morning someone had entered her vehicle. A vehicle in the first block of Grand Avenue also was reported to have been entered. Change was taken from that vehicle.
A caller in the area of Oakley Park reported early Tuesday morning two children had broken into a car and ran away. Two vehicles had been entered, but nothing was missing from them, according to the report. A woman in the area told police two children stopped to talk to her had told her they were "taking from the rich and giving to the poor." Tiffin Police Chief Fred Stevens said Tuesday afternoon further details were not available.
A 200-block East Market Street woman reported Tuesday morning her laptop had been stolen.

Amber M. Means, 45, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident Sept. 16.
David D. Stewart, 58, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday.
Nathan J. Reamer, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with open container Saturday. He also was cited with operating vehicle while intoxicated, violating traffic lanes and failure to dim.
A woman reported Monday night she saw a person trying to break into a concession stand in New Riegel. The person was dressed in a gray hooded sweatshirt and was wearing a black mask. When she and her friend walked past the person, a horseshoe was thrown, according to the report. The person then left in a vehicle.
A bad check was reported Tuesday morning in the 2000 block of West CR 52.

A woman went to the station Monday evening to report her son's bicycle had been stolen from the 500 block of Stadium Drive.
A 200-block Summit Street man reported Tuesday afternoon prescription medication was stolen from his residence Monday night.
A garage break-in was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 200 block of West Lytle Street.
