A person requested an officer Friday afternoon for an employee involved in a theft at Ballreich Bros., 186 Ohio Ave.

Kia Jackson, 18, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday afternoon.

A first-block Clinton Avenue man reported Friday evening the theft of a ladder from his garage.

Jillian N. Murphy, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-possession/abuse Saturday after an incident Friday.

A first-block West Davis Street resident reported early Saturday morning the house had been entered.

A 100-block Fifth Avenue woman reported Saturday morning she arrived home and found her house broken into.

A person in the 300 block of South Washington Street requested to make a report Saturday morning after an identity theft.

A man on West CR 18 reported Saturday afternoon he found several marijuana plants in his field.

Fostoria reports

An employee of Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Saturday morning vandalism inside the store. It was under investigation.

A drive-off of $40 was reported Saturday afternoon at Kroger, 126 W. High St.

A 400-block College Avenue man reported Saturday afternoon his daughter's bicycle was stolen.

A person reported Saturday afternoon people were taking items from a building in the 500 block of Gormley Street.

A 1000-block North Union Street woman reported Saturday afternoon a diamond ring was stolen from her residence. It was under investigation.

A person reported Saturday evening a drive-off of $20 in gasoline from Circle K, 551 E. Lytle St.

A man was to be charged with drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 100 block of Taft Boulevard Saturday evening.

A 200-block East Crocker Street man reported Saturday night his son's bicycle was stolen.

Tiffin accidents

A non-injury accident was reported in the 200 block of North Sandusky Street Friday afternoon.

A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at East Market and Jefferson streets Friday night.

A truck struck three parked cars in the first block of West Perry Street early Saturday morning.

Fostoria accidents

An accident was reported at North Vine and Van Buren streets Friday afternoon.

Two citations were issued and a man was taken to Fostoria Community Hospital after a car vs. pole accident in the 1000 block of Sandusky Street Friday night.

An accident was reported at South US 23 and East Lytle Street Saturday afternoon.

A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a non-injury accident at Mid Block and West Lytle Street Saturday afternoon.

Kaitlyn N. Smith, 18, of Sycamore, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on US 224, east of SR 53, Saturday afternoon.

Tiffin fire

Firefighters were called to a lock-out at 116 4th Ave. Friday afternoon.

Firefighters were called to a smoke detector activation at 366 Wentz St., No. 113, Friday evening. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

Fostoria fire

Firefighters were called for an automatic alarm at 1602 N. Union St. Friday evening. They found no problem or loss. The system was activated due to a possible faulty switch.

Firefighters were called to smoke in the area of 226 Palmer St. Friday evening. They found an open burn, advised the resident of laws and extinguished the fire.

Firefighters assisted with a single-vehicle accident Friday night.

Firefighters were called to a possible arcing transformer in the 200 block of Town Street Friday night. They found no problems or loss.

County fire
