Brett M. Lindsey, 22, of Fremont, was cited with driving under suspension Tuesday evening.
A 200-block Seventh Avenue caller reported Wednesday morning the residence was entered overnight.
A truck in the 100 block of First Avenue was reported entered Wednesday morning.
County reports
A caller reported Wednesday morning they saw a black wolf while delivering newspapers in the area of West SR 18 and TR 47. The caller said the wolf was larger than a German shepherd and showed its teeth. Deputies searched the area and were unable to locate the animal.
A break-in was reported Wednesday morning at Seneca Hills Golf Course, 4044 W. TR 98.
Fostoria reports
A caller reported Tuesday evening people were smoking marijuana in a hallway of an apartment building in the 1200 block of Perrysburg Road.
Copper was reported to have been stolen from a repossessed house Wednesday morning.
A 200-block West Lytle Street caller reported Wednesday morning they received a fraudulent check in the mail.
Tiffin accident
A man went to the station Wednesday evening to report a juvenile on a bicycle ran into his vehicle in the 200 block of North Washington Street. The juvenile and the bicycle were taken home.
County accident
Wilbur J. Elchert, 74, of Fostoria, was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital by Bascom EMS after an accident Sept. 12 at Meadowbrook Park. According to the accident report, Elchert had been riding a bicycle on a private drive when he and a vehicle driven by Richard D. Freeborn, 71, of Gibsonburg, collided at an intersection of another private drive. They both stated they had not seen each other.
A vehicle struck a pedestrian Wednesday morning in the 2000 block of CR 26. No injuries were reported. Further details were unavailable.

Firefighters were called to 78 Shaffer Park Drive Wednesday morning for an unintentional smoke detector activation.
