Seneca County commissioners are to meet in special session at 9 a.m. today followed by a ditch hearing at 10 a.m. at the Seneca County Fairgrounds.
During the regular board meeting, commissioners are to discuss the Seneca County airport, pending litigation and home sewage treatment system funding.
After a short recess, commissioners are to reconvene at the Public Safety Building for a discussion regarding the Wolf Creek Ditch Petition.
In new business, the board is to consider:
An appropriation adjustment of $616.27 within the General Fund.
An appropriation adjustment of $449.52 within the Delinquent Real Estate Tax Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $15,000 to the Guardrail Fund.
A resolution establishing the Community Corrections Presentence Investigation Fund.
A supplemental decrease of $54,343.50 to the permanent appropriation for the Community Corrections Presentence Investigation Grant Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $15,000 to the General Fund.
An appropriation adjustment of $5,000 within the General Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $32,540.17 to the General Fund.
A resolution authorizing a hazardous materials plan as submitted by the Emergency Planning Commission.
A resolution setting time, date and place to receive sealed bids for street improvements for the village of Bettsville.
A resolution setting time, date and place to receive sealed bids for street improvements for the village of New Riegel
A resolution authorizing commissioners to enter into an agreement with Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction for Community Control/Probation on behalf of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court II.
A resolution authorizing the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the county auditor.
