A Tiffin man has been indicted on two charges of felonious assault for allegedly stabbing another man during a fight on Second Avenue earlier this year.

James A. Hayes III, 40, was indicted this week and arrested Thursday in connection to a stabbing Feb. 19 in a parking lot at Stiney's Three Oaks Tavern, 255 Second Ave.

Hayes allegedly stabbed Brian M. Armbruster, 47, of Tiffin, who had to be taken by Life Flight to Toledo hospital for his injuries.

A spokeswoman from the Seneca County Clerk of Courts said Friday Hayes had posted 10 percent of his $50,000 bond.

He is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday for an arraignment.
