FOSTORIA - The Fostoria Community Arts Council is to host an open house noon-4 p.m. Sept. 22 at 125 S. Main St. during the Rail Festival.
On exhibit will be the multimedia artwork entitled "Clay - Brush - Lens" by artists Ralph Stuckman, Anna Talei and Ron Fisher. These artists have brought an unusual mix of tile art, clay, pottery, paintings and photography from the Wapakoneta area for display and for sale to kick off the FCAC Fall Fundraiser. Artwork is to be on display through Oct. 31 and the Halloween parade.
